Against the backdrop of Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, executive secretary of Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board’s self-serving response to Sahara Reporters N7B million consultancy and N580 million 5-day training allegations via NCDMB’s website without proffering any evidence to trump Sahara Reporters’ documentary evidence-based allegations, the George Uboh Whistleblowers Network (GUWN) has written NCDMB given them a 7-day ultimatum to furnish documents to rebut SH’s allegations or face court action, nationwide protests in its Abuja and Bayelsa offices, among other legal remedies.
GUWN attached documents furnished by former Vice-President Osinbajo when GUWN accused Osinbajo twice to draw analogy that if a former VP acquiesced to the civil society, an executive secretary of a parastatal MUST acquiesce.
See attached letter.
